Yes i did tried different keys but that has not help

I do have a problem with fuses # 21 and #11 shortening out, would something like that fried the computer?

I believe i trace the problem of fuse # 21 to a bad outside mirror (passenger side) apparently every time i tried to adjusted it would blown the fuse so I just disconnected that mirror and the problem went away. The problem with # 21 i trace to the central locking pump underneath the rear rt passenger seat which has not been working for a few weeks but apparently was shortening out the 21 fuse, so I disconnected and that solved the problem for the moment

My car is still death I can crank it but no start. I cant or I don't see any codes since I can get it to start is a catch 22 dilemma, unless there is a way to pull the codes or diagnose with out starting the car?
