I need help with solving two car problems on 1997 S500 119engine

Well it apparently does for my car 97 S500 I did disconnect both electrical connections to the central locking pump and for me the anti theft was not longer operational, if I connected again the the anti theft would become operational.

I really do not believe at this point that the problem with the car cranking but not starting is with the anti theft system.
