89 CE Brake Pad replacement ?'s

Hello,

I'm getting ready to change my front and rear brake pads in my 300CE. I just took a look in the D.I.Y. section (my manual has not arrived yet...) and was wondering if anyone can tell me if there are any differences between mine and the 95 "E' they used in the example. Any tips would be appreceiated.

Also, Are the rear brakes similar?
