Pulling out glovebox difficulties on W210 ...

Hi

I am using these instructions:

I have removed all 6 screws. When I pull on it, it binds at the top. I seem to remember reading somewhere to just PULL IT.... and it will come out. It seems like it is going to break something.
Any ideas?
Anybody ever broken one?
