6.9 fuel distributor

Hi all,
We have a new family member. 1978 450 SEL 6.9 with 150,000 miles.
Got it started yesterday by trickling fuel into the top of the engine after cleaning tank screen, new main fuel hose from tank, new fuel pump and filter, new plugs and fresh gas. The car has been off of the road for 7 years.
Fuel distributor is the culprit.
Any ideas on next step?
