Hello,
I was a bit alarmed this weekend when I waited in line at the US/Canada Border and the 500E's coolant temperature gauge read over 100 degrees and was approaching the red zone. I had waited in line for over 30 minutes, but I thought the temperature should not climb for such a modern vehicle. The car just came out of the 30,000 maintenance from the dealer, so I think everything is okay. Does anyone know how to solve this problem, and is it specifically a 500E problem area? Thank you!
