Tyre Problem:

Hi guys,
I have lil problem , i cant find the key or whatever to open the cover on my wheels . Though i dont have a flat tyre now , i wld like to have it handy , my bro who i bought it from cant find it either.

I have attached a pic of it to make it easy 4 u guys to see the problem hope i can get a fix fast.
