90 560 SEL FI HELP

Motor is in good shape mechanically with 1k miles on new timing chain. Car starts, idles nice, acts normal in gear, shifts, starts sputtering, with throttle it gets worse like minimal gas. Sputtering gets worse quick and soon stalls. Let it sit for a few minutes: it starts and idles fine, will start out in gear well for a few seconds, do one shift, then the sputtering, lose all power, and stall. Compression is good, Spark is good. How do I trouble shoot to the probable gas failure?

It's crazy to think that something so small can cause such a big headache. Glad you got it fixed.
