07 Sprinter low boost issue
Vehicle came in with fault code on right EKAS end position measurement sensor. Replaced the sensor and that fault cleared.
No leaks in piping, egr is clean and seems to operate properly. Turbo inlet vane actuator seems to be working as it should. Exhaust back pressure builds to ~40 psi during hard acceleration. I'm suspecting cat issue (it does rattle when you bang on it). Engine coolant and oil temp slightly elevated. Also, during full throttle test noticed high fuel rail pressure. Any thoughts/ideas. Thanks

That seems like a lot of exhaust back pressure....what is considered normal?

That is what I am trying to find out. Looks like cat converter is used up to me. I am actually playing heck trying to find a replacement.
