Exclamation 1995 C280 doesn't want to start

Start of my problems. ...I replaced a fuel line between the fuel pump and the fuel filter, replaced about 6" of it because it was leaking fuel....thinking that was that. No it wasn't, now it doesn't want to start.
So, I sprayed some starter fluid just at the opening before the map sensor it wants to start but, does not even idle......so, thinking it was the fuel pump....I replaced it with a new one...no luck there. The same thing. It doesn't want to start. So, read on the forum it could be the fuel regulator I just changed that. ....To my avail, it was not the remedy...
Please help

Thank you for responding. ..no it has not. How much you think that'll cost to be replaced? and what would've led up to the wire harness, for my problem of it not starting.....it wants to start, it seems like theres a fuel interruption like its being deprived of fuel to the motor
