My anti lock brakes are always anti locking.... I know sounds weird, but when I'm rolling slowly to a stop sign I can hear and feel them....any suggestions.....

The proper way to test for your problem is the ABS tester. Most shops that specialize in these vehicles have them. Usually one of the front sensors is bad or both . The reason your ABS comes on is cause with both front wheels and differential turning (sensor there also) one of the sensors is not equal to the others and that what makes the pump kick in. Now you can dish out the money and but all 3 , or take it to a shop and have them diagnose what sensor it is. I know someone will tell you to remove the sensors and clean or blow out the area . This works about 20% of the time. Due to brake dust or metal getting on the magnetic sensor. So you have a few options , most ABS problems relate back to sensors. Good luck
