You could take the old one off and measure it.

Yh thing is I'm not too technically minded so taking it off would have to wait a month or so when the car is legally on the road

The dealership could tell you by your VIN. If this site sells it they do a good job listing the vin split.

Just rang them up and they said the speedo cable length is 1860mm!
