Can someone confirm that the (thinner) fuse in the first post is a 16A? The element simply seems too small as compared to the burned one. Is it possible that because (it appears) the thinner one is made of copper as opposed to aluminum(?) ? Thank you...
Copper is a better conductor of electricity than aluminum. So it makes sense that the copper would be more narrow or thinner than the aluminum.
