Very fast indicator AND central locking

The original flasher is an electronic relay.
Stick w/O.E. design parts.
Since your car has had around 15 birthdays I would suggest that you replace all six(6) vacuum diaphrams in the central locking system! If you replace only one element the other ones will fail shortly(been there done that) more than one time!!
