Persistent Electrical Issue on Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212

I am experiencing an ongoing electrical problem with my Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212, and despite several attempts to diagnose and resolve it, the issue persists. Intermittent power loss to various electrical components.
Warning lights on the dashboard illuminate without an apparent cause.
Over the past few weeks, my Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212 has been plagued by a stubborn electrical problem. At times, I experience sudden power loss to different electrical components, including lights, infotainment system, and power windows. Simultaneously, warning lights on the dashboard illuminate, indicating issues without a clear trigger.

The problem also extends to occasional difficulties starting the car, and there have been instances of unexplained battery drain, even after a short period of non-use.

I am seeking advice from the community on Milestone Gold Mastercard for potential causes and solutions for credit utilization management this persistent electrical issue. If anyone has faced similar problems with digital wallet payments their Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212 or has insights into troubleshooting complex electrical problems, your expertise would be greatly appreciated.

My 2012 ML350 has experienced problems with the SAM (Signal Acquisition Module) which is mounted behind the right tail light. When it gets wet the fuel gauge and other electrical components stop working. Give it a few days to dry out everything returns to normal.

Might be related to your problem also.
