The dash light(s) on the left side of the dash on my 1989 190E 2.6 is inoperative. This light illuminates the oil pressure, fuel, water temp. All other lights are working just fine. How do I get into the dash to replace the bulb, if indeed that is what needs replacing?

First you have to disconnect your speedo head cable locate at driver side of rear trans 10mm bolt remove and pull the cable loose, then use a hook(140-589-02-33-00)MB special tool to pull out insturment cluster
to replace blubs. have fun!

I would push the cluster from the back side instead of using the tool. I've had way too many clusters crack on me and it's not pressed in that tight.
