E420 vs E430 - what to look for? differences? W210

Hi,

I am intersted in everyone's opinions and facts regarding the differences (mechanical and cosmetic) between the W210 E420/E430, and Sport packages available for each. Was there any particular "bad year" for that car?- also, which years were each produced?
