W210 Motor Mounts

It felt and sounded rough like it needed a tune up, you could do two quick checks and open the hood and get in the drivers seat and look between the hood and the dash board and lock the wheel to the left and give quick gas pedal, you may see the engine rise up on the left, most likely the left mount is busted,, that's the one that is being pulled on a quick take off... Another check is to look at the surrounding area where the mount is to see if there is brown stuff like burnt sugar on or near the mount where it attaches to the engine, the brown stuff would be the burnt silicon that oozed out.....
