How do I remove the electrical connections to the a/c compressor?

I'm holding out hope because the connectors were pretty caked with oil and dirt forming a big mess of goop over them. I could only clean off the outside.

Once I get the connectors off and cleaned, if nothing happens, is there a way to test the KLIMA relay by jumping the exposed female cups the relay plugs into?
