It is indeed new, and it is Sun Gard's best film. It was originally designed for commercial applications but I guess it looked so good that they started tinting cars with it. It's called the "Sputtered" series. The tint actually has 3 layers that gives it a unique look. I'm going to call around here in Houston to see if any Sun Gard installers have it.
