I looked through MB links on the internet and noticed that MBs sold in Asian/Europe/America all have different deck!!?? Is it true?? If yes, will there be any difference in sound??

In the good old USA Mercedes(MBUSA) picks out the radio(& most all other options) for us. In most other markets the owner picks all of the options for the car.
