I recently bought a 1979 240D. Aside from being a bit underpowered, I really like this car!!
Question: I really need to slam the door in order for it to close tight. I checked out the mechanism, and I don't see an easy way to adjust the door. Am I missing something here? There must be a way; I just don't want to make it worse. Thanks in Advance... |

Is the door sagging? If so get two people to pull up real hard from the bottom and it will correct. Believe it or not.
