I recently bought a 1979 240D. Aside from being a bit underpowered, I really like this car!!

Question: I really need to slam the door in order for it to close tight. I checked out the mechanism, and I don't see an easy way to adjust the door. Am I missing something here? There must be a way; I just don't want to make it worse.

Thanks in Advance...

Is the door sagging? If so get two people to pull up real hard from the bottom and it will correct. Believe it or not.
