The left side rear headrest is up (87, 300D) and the switch to flip it down is not working. Is there a way to manually flip down the rear headrest? I do not want to fix the switch or remove the headrests.
Thank you. David |

Take out the bottom of the back seat and you will se a small vacuum switchover valve on the drivers side. Take off the lines and connect them together and start the engine. The head rest should fall. Then reconnect.
