Angry Bypass hose

My 92' 300TE's bypass hose that goes from the water pump to the block needs replacing. Does the water pump have to be removed? I can't imagine having to remove the pump to change a coolant hose. Any tricks to this?
If I have to remove the pumb, I'll probably go ahead and put a new one on. Fastlane offers a Laso, Graf, and Geba pump. Which is best.
Thanks

yes, it is possible to replace the hose without removing the pump. slice the old one off, but leave the clamps on the pipe & pump. grease up the new hose & slide it thru the small space, starting with the small end first.
