Thanks guys

Thanks for the response guys.I used a coat hanger & magnet -took about 3 mins.However, I still want to replace the guide rails.Is it pretty much the same to remove the front cover as an 8 valver?Any additional steps I need to know about?

Also what are the torque values for the new tensioner body & end cap?
