W201 rear view mirror - disassembly

Anyone know the procedure for replacing the mirror on a manually adjustable outside rear view mirror on a 190E? Or how can I disassemble the mirror in general? It's not on the car at this point, if that makes it easier

In case you're wondering why...I just bought a RHD market right side mirror for my 16V. It matches the U.S. market driver's side mirror in profile. The one I bought is manually adjustable and heated. I'm hoping to swap the electrics from my old mirror into the new one. Wish me luck!
