W126 Sun Roof Lube Procedure?

My W126 sun roof is slowing down and has not been lubed in a good while. Can anyone comment on the correct procedure and materials used to lube it?

Thank you.

We just got done with this topic a few weeks ago. I know there's a search function here, but I've never used it. Anybody?

My search on the subject brought up several pages. Try these:

S L O W sunroof...300CD

I think my sunroof is posessed

sliding sun roof

That oughta keep you busy.
