Tie Rod Bushing DIY??

I just got 4 new tires, so when i went to get them aligned, they said they couldn't do it because it would just come out of alignment as soon as I started to drive, due to me right tie rod bushing. The guy said it would be a tough job due to the exhaust system being in the way, when i got home and looked at it, it looked doable. But i just need to know if i can do it without dropping the exhaust system and which parts to I need exactly... I have a repair manual and I have added the picture to show you where the problem is.
Thanks in advence
