Weird hesitation with the M111 engine
When revving the M111 (Kompressor) engine, there is a slight hesitation when revving past 3,000 RPM. As soon as it hits 3,000 RPM, it sounds like it's hitting the rev limiter for a second, then just keeps on revving as normal. There is no hesitation at all when driving, car drives fine, but it's just weird that it has that hesitation when revving in park. Any ideas as to why it hesitates?

Basically designed that way so that you can't damage the engine that way by accident.
