The radio and ACC panel remove with the radio tools, center console woodgrain for the switch group (window switches) simply pulls up after you remove the bezel around the shifter. The center facing woodgrain has a couple skrews behind the ashtray and the opening for the acc panel then tips upwards and drops out of the console.
