Over past few days motor does not fire straight away. When it does idle speed is erratic and when car is put into drive motor dies.When I manage to get car going and get motor warm problem disappears! Please can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Check the fuse inside the overvoltage relay. The overvoltage fuse will blow if you replace the battery or kill it by leaving the lights on and jump starting the car. The relay is located behind the battery behind the black plastic cover. It has a red top on it and a fuse in it. (10A)
