I was wondering if anyone out there knows who to contact about getting a 200,000 kilometer mileage badge? I have tried to figure it out but to no luck. Thanks.

Try contacting your local dealer and their local MB rep., I believe the paperwork goes thru them.

The first MB award is at 250,000km not 200,000km.

Cal 1-800-FOR-MERC and ask to speak to someone in the high mileage awards department. I have gone through it many times with my high mileage cars. They'll send you an application, fill it out (in the meantime, get your VIN # and engine # handy) and mail it in. They will send you a badge and a certificate within about a month. The awards are at 250,000Km (155,500 miles), 500,000Km (312,500 miles), and 1,000,000Km (615,000 miles). Hope this helps!

For what it's worth:

I found that around the time that I placed the high mileage award badge on the front of my M-B, my car started getting keyed.

When I used to belong to a M-B car club, I thought it would be cool to put their badge on the grill. This seemed to infuriate people enough that my M-B seemed to become a magnet for people to key.

When I finally put it all together, I decided to remove both badges and I've found my M-B to be left alone.

Of course, your experience may be totally different.

So do we get rid of the badges and drop the membership?
Many Benz's, many badges, many years.-no
keying --- I wonder.....
