the light on top of the tach has just gone dead.. I usually just hit the dash and it lights up.. but i think its finally come loose or just blew... how can I change it??? can I get the cool blue looking lights put in like in the new VW's???

You can pull the cluster with the dash hooks that merceds does provide. This cluster is totally electric so you do not need to worry about the speedo cable. There are many lights behind there, you just have to pick the right ones.

I'll recommend you remove left side dash speaker & left side a\c vent,use your hand push cluster assembly from behind(lower your steering wheel)without hooks. (becareful HOOKS may crack your cluster lens).
