99 clk430 xenons, what to match?

I have the 99 clk 430 with the xenon package, love it! except that the auxilliary(parking lights stay on when the headlights are on, and look VERY yellow, sittin next to the nice Xenons. it is a H6W bulb, thats what it says in the manual , a 6 Watt bulb, what the H is for i dont know, havent pulled them yet. I want to replace these with a set of blue looking PIAA, Solaris, or whatever will fit in this socket, any recommendations.
Also the fog lamps (H1) i can replace these at the same time, i want the Aux lights and the fogs to match, at least each other, i know they cant match the Xenons, but what is close, and blue lookin? Thanks alex

To my knowledge, no one makes the ion blue light in #H6W. This bulb has a socket similar to a flashlight's. Piaa stated that they have not made this model because of the lack of demand. As for the H-1, both Piaa and Solaris make it. Solaris is very close in color, but both do not have the same intensity as your OEM lights. Good luck.

The lights in the small ovals are parking lamps, If you put a higher wat bulb in this fixture you will turn on the light failure display in your dash as well as posibly melt the headlamp assembly (even the lenz is acualy plastic. If you place a blue tinted bulb in the high beem you may also violate state laws.

Jeneric 21 has got the point right there. And combine info given by Jeneric21 and Euroconec, you maybe stuck with OEM if you still want to use those lights. HID is very bright during the night, however, Foglights still are the must(Highbeams are not used as often as Foglights).

However, if you still interested, go to your local auto accessory stores, and look for a brand call B1 Halogen. It's made in Japan, a bit expensive compare to US made color bulbs. However, it give out the same, if not more, light output as OEM, and has blue-tinted glass. They are available in various type of bulbs(yes, even the turn-signal bulbs, back-up bulbs)....

I also have the 99 CLK and have replaced the small ovals with the Xenon white bulbs. Unfortunatly, the low voltage provided to keep the bulbs lit as marker lamps will not exite the Xenon gas to run white/blueish color until you hit the high beams. They work OK though, and have not set off any warning of fault lamps (even though they are rated at 100watts. If you want the white/blue look you may be out of luck on the small running lamps. Also, this should be an H7 bulb rated at 55watts. Good luck.

Trent, your post is confusing? The small oval on the CLK Coupe and W210 E-Class Sedans has two bulbs. One H7 High Beam and one H6W Auxillary light. If you replaced only the H7 High Beam it has no effect whatsoever on the illumination of the H6W Aux/Parking light.

You are absolutely correct. Sorry for the confusion. I only replaced the H7 in the snall ovalls, and of course that has no effect on the H6 (for which there is no Xenon replacemment). The low voltage comment was a mistake (working with some bad information)
