Ditto for us W202 owners. Mine is clicking from a worn bushing or something at one of the height adjuster pivots near the front of the seat.

Dealer replace mine at Service B, approx. 40,000 mi.

Part nos. 210-910-41-36 and 42-36. Was a routine check, as I did not ask service adviser to check.
