Coolant in floor....

I have read on this forum that this problem is probably the heater core....I just started noticing a few drips of coolant in the passanger floor board....My question is...how hard is it to replace? I have read that the complete dash has to be removed...but does that include all the vacuum lines, controls, electrical and so on....is there a posting anywhere that shows the correct process?
Thanks
