How and where do I crank the engine by hand so as to set the dwell angle on a M115 (W123 200)? I can't seem to move anything. Thanks.

Connect a wire to the small phillips screw on the starter or at the junction block and then to power. Or take off the coil wire and put it to ground and have someone do it for you with the key.
