Help Please with fitting 2nd 3rd gear flare kit 126 270 44 77

1990 300CE-24v (UK Model)
Having read all the posts I can find in the forum on 2-3 flare I have purchased the kit 126 270 44 77 that was highly recommended however I can find no instructions on EXACTLY how to install it . Also my kit has 3 springs and all the posts previously refered to 2 springs in the kit . Is there MB service letter or something that covers fitting it ?
I have attached a picture of the kit.
Any guidance will be appreciated
