85 300TD Turbo (260k):

Rotor Renewal Questions:
Is it necessary to replace the two bolts that secure the caliper with new ones once the origonal have been removed? Part #?

Is it necessary to replace the pads even though they have significant life left? New rotor new pads?

Power Steering Filter Question:
Should this be changed? Should this be done if/when the system is flushed/bled? How necessary is it?

Thank you for your time,
Alec.
