The car starts up but will not run. I messed around with the air/fuel mixture control. I have fuel to the injectors, I just don't know
if I'm close turning the allen wrench clockwise or counterclockwise. Any suggestions? David |

Clockwise is more fuel. You have to get is set with a meter.
There has been times where a pipe will blow off of the bottom of the intake and cause a no start. ------------------ Benzmac: Donnie Drummonds 1992 500E (very soon I hope 1981 280GE SWB ASE CERTIFIED MASTER AUTO TECHNICIAN SERVICE MANAGER FOR 14 BAY FACILITY MERCEDES SPECIALIST 8 YRS PARTNER IN MERCEDESSHOP.COM |

quote: Thanks for the reply. I don't have a meter, so I probably will not be able to set the A/F mixture right myself. I need to tow the vehicle to a shop. You mentioned a pipe under the intake. What pipe? David |
