Talking sun/moonroof not closing completely level

My glass sun/moonroof closes properly now after the heavy greasing done this time last year due to it moving very slowly and not able to flick open at the rear. Now its ok, but the panel closes not very level and needs a few more millimeters upwards in the rear edge. Occassionally I reset it by opening and closing it in very small movements, but this is not reset permanently. The next time I close it, it will get back to the slight slant. Just hope that rain water does not get into the "gap" if indeed there is one there. So far, there has been no leaks at all.....touch wood! How can I DIY the adjustment without going to the indie or opening up a can of worms???
