Vehicle Data Sheet Special Version Codes?

I obtained my car's vehicle data sheet from the dealer, which lists all of the orginal manufacturing details. Can anyone tell me what the following special version codes mean for 1989 420 SEL:227, 240, 241, 242, 280 412, 446, 460, 491, 506, 519, 524, 531, 543, 551, 588, 592, 600, 611, 639, 640, 673, 809, 810, 873, 877.

Is there a site where I can intrepret the special version numbers? There are 176 of these numbers, too many to list here.
