190/300E Drive Shaft Compatability?

Will the driveshaft on a 300E fit a 190E??
Thanks in advance!
Adam

Don't know for sure, but I'd bet the front section is longer in the W124 than in the W201, longer wheel base. The rest may be the same, but swapping them is asking for an unbalanced shaft.

Adam, if you need one, I've got an 87 300E driveshaft from an automatic trans car. Yours for a donation to the beer fund plus UPS. Hanno
