I had a fairly bad accident. I hit on the front end, mostly on the dead front and passenger corner. It smashed the front end in, and twisted the motor sideways. The hood is buckled about 10" high. The front quarter panels were smashed back and the doors are unable to open. Needless to say, the insurance comapny has totaled it. My question is: why didn't my airbags go off? I mean, I'm glad they didn't because I didn't get one scratch, but what if I could have got hurt and they didn't go off? Any ideas. Thank God I was in a MB instead of a Ford or Geo Metro
Oh, it was in my '92 300E.[This message has been edited by ss109 (edited 06-20-2000).] |
