To begin with. Thanks to may posts here on the forum and special help from Mike Y, I have almost fixed my sunroof. Just one last thing to be verified. But, before I get to that, I will post some pics and explanations in case this could help anyone in the future.

The Problem

The paasenger side rear corner of the sunroof would not close flush with the roof of the car. Additionally, The pop up feature would not work.
