Thanks for the quick reply. I haven't been able to work on the car since it's been raining the last 2 days.

When I press the up/down switch, I can hear the motor running and can hear something go up and down inside the door panel...just not the window.

How is the window attached to the track or whatever it is that moves it up and down. Is that the regulator? How hard is it to replace that?

Also, if anyone can give me directions on removing the door panels, that would be great.
