With my AC working, I am on to my next challenge, a pronounced and somewhat hollow "clunk" from the right rear of the car on any sort of surface irregularity (pothole, manhole cover, etc.)
The shocks are new, and correctly installed. No missing bushings or loose bolts or other pieces. The ontly thing that I could find was that the large bushing where the whole subframe attaches to the frame at the front of the wheelwell appears to be more worn on the right side than on the left. Suggestions as to problem, or areas to check further? Thanks. Chuck |
