380SL (1985) Stalling On Cold Start?

My 1985 380SL is hard to start and then stalls until it warms up some, after it runs for a few minutes it runs fine. What could be causing this?

Thank you.

overvoltage relay, fuel pump relay, control pressure wrong, idle motor sticking, weak spark plugs. needs further checking. good luck, chuck.

on the front of the motor, silver, 2 hoses and 1 connector with 2 wires in it. if the label is on it, it says vdo. held down with a clamp and a 10mm nut. good luck, chuck.

To add to the list: warm-up compensator and cold start valve. Send me an email and I'll send you the section from the CD on what does what.

Good luck,

The other Chuck
