Transmission pan still leaking

Pulled the transmission pan and installed new transmission filter and new gasket. I'm quessing the torque should be around 10NM. I also have a BMW R1100RS and this is what the torque specks for it are. Leaks just in back of right front corner. Pulled it back off and added at little high temp silicon--still leaks in same spot. Took it back off and ran a straight edge over it and it seems fine. Put it back on and added silicone under and over gasket making sure not to have silicone inside and it still leaks in same area. What is a good sealant to use for this. You should not have to use any with rubber. Also added one quart of sinthetic fluid with atf with regular mercron 111 and later read that you do not put atf in these transmissions--hope I didn't hurt anything. Has anybody else had this problem or do you think previous owner ran over something and warped the transmission fluid pan. Thanks for any advice. Also have oil leak coming from just under head in front on right side or maybe from timing cover on right side. Thanks in advance. Dennis
