Benzmac, For safety's sake, I would like to add a third brake light to the trunk lid of my 77 450SL. Can I purchase one from the MB dealer or this shop? What's involved in adding, how do you tie into the brake lights?
Thanks for all your help! Mike |

You could order one from a 560SL and have a body shop color code it and install it. You will have to wire it to one of the other brake bulbs and ground. This is the easy part.

What about an interior third-brake light? My wife's been HINTING for one.
I have considered an aftermarket LED one, but would rather get something OE or OEM. Thanks, ------------------ William 76 240D (W115) - 550K miles 78 300D (W123) - 200K+ miles |
